All our foods are prepared fresh on the day of your order.
Please read through our payment terms carefully.
- Some foods may require setting up at the venue and some minor reheating maybe required (oven to be supplied by client).
- Warming ovens and equipment can be hired and supplied at a fee.
- All equipment hired must be returned cleaned or a cleaning fee will be charged.
- All breakages will be charged for.
- All foods are delivered ready to serve to your waiting guests.
- No minimum numbers required.
- We aim to deliver your food within 15 minutes either side of specified delivery time.
- A non-refundable booking fee may apply to weekend and holiday bookings to secure that day and time.
- All prices are inclusive of GST and subject to change.
- Corporate and business accounts are welcome where purchased orders are supplied.
- 30 day maximum for all corporate and business accounts.
- ALL private orders must be paid in FULL 1 week prior to function date.
- Please notify us of the payment method you will be using.
- Payment to be made by Bank Transfer.
- Cash, Cheque or Money Orders are accepted and we will arrange for these to be collected prior to function date.
- All payment bank details will be on your invoice.
- Personal Cheques MUST CLEAR 1 week prior to function date.
- If booking is made within 72 hours of function, a cash payment will be required. (We will arrange to have money collected).
- If payment is NOT received prior to function we will NOT deliver your order.
- We reserve the right for bookings cancelled within 24 hours of delivery time to be charged 50% of the total function amount.
